If you’re looking to cancel your paid plan subscription on Social Champ, this guide will walk you through the process step-by-step. Whether you’re switching plans, pausing usage, or closing your account, canceling your subscription is simple and can be done directly through your billing settings. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free cancellation. Lets get started.
- Log in to Your Account
Go to Social Champ and log in with your email and password. - Go to Billing Settings
Click on the profile icon on the right side, click on Billing Setting. - Click “Unsubscribe”.
In the billing overview, click the “Unsubscribe” button.
A confirmation pop-up will appear. - Review the Confirmation Screen
You’ll see a message reminding you of the benefits you’re leaving behind, such as:- Automate your posts
- Insightful analytics
- All-in-one dashboard
- Personalized onboarding
- You’ll also be offered the chance to book a call if you’d like to discuss any issues or reconsider your cancellation.
- Choose to Cancel Anyway or Keep Your Plan
- Click “Cancel anyway” to proceed
- Or “Keep my plan” if you change your mind
